The special critic for ArtTalks praised the work, “LEE Ming-Cheng, the choreographer and dancer of the Body Expression Dance Theater, was amazing in creating the characters in his dance work and achieving the state of ”trance” through the devoted characters, while the “trance” led back to the original ceremony of dance. Taipei Times wrote, “It was a fascinating show”.
The original intention of creation, “with a pair of wings of freedom, flying in the world without frames”, was very simple. Creation is like a mirror, from which one can see oneself. People cannot make predictions, but they can make decisions. I choose to live my life through creation. In simple words, the purpose of founding the dance group is creation. Creation is a way to face existence every instant. A creation platform of thoughts, expressions, and existence through bodies, with unlimited cross-media possibilities, provides a different viewpoint for body performances. The dance group will continuously come up with modern languages and creation styles through bodies under the belief of “everything can be created, nothing is impossible”.
